The Administrative Business Center (ABC) HR/Payroll Shared Services Team has an excellent opportunity for an HR/Payroll Specialist.
Under general supervision from the HR Manager, this position will also be responsible for processing and analyzing actions related to fiscal management departmental payroll through the HR Information System, Workday. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment and will interface directly with leaders, managers, and employees across the School of Medicine (SoM).
ABC HR/Payroll is a multi-channel resource for HR, Payroll, and leave management inquiries and transactions for eleven of the SoM departments (nine biomedical research departments and two clinical departments) as well as support for the SoM Dean’s Office. This role will work closely with the ABC HR/Payroll team and Dean’s Office HR/Payroll team to create, facilitate, implement, and provide oversight on new business process for ABC-supported departments and the SoM as a whole.
