ThePayrollAdministrator/Coordinatorwill perform various operations of thePayrolldepartment including the processing of earnings records for all employees, resulting in the weekly and biweekly distribution ofpayrollchecks. Prior experience with ADP a plus!
Job Summary
•Review exempt and non-exempt timesheets (ADP Time Attendance) for completeness including proper approval(s).
•Prepare, balance and reconcile completed timesheets to Excel spreadsheets
•Import reconciled timesheets topayrollsystem (ADP Vantage) •Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
•Auditpayrollreports for accuracy prior to final submission
•Process manual check requests including California Massachusettes final payments
•Process garnishments and liens
•Issue and record adjustments towagesas a result of previous discrepancies
•Calculate and process bonuses, safety awards, auto allowances, retroactive increases, severance payments, etc.
•Compile weekly or bi-weekly statistical reports, statements and summaries related topayrolland submit to appropriate departments
•Perform compliances for unclaimedpayrollchecks
•Assist with daily activities and special projects as assigned, including compilation of data, data analysis and report preparation
•Process accurate and timely year-end reporting (W2)
•Familiarity with Federal and Statepayrollregulations. Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to thepayrollprocess. •Act as a Help Desk for Time Attendance issues
•Maintain accuratepayrollrecords

salary range- $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per annum
