We're partnered with a cutting-edge organization here in Rochester that has the resources and modern product line of a large corporation but has a small company feel with an incredible culture and a clear vision for the future. They are in search of a Payroll / HR Administrator!
Duties include:
- Process weekly payroll using ADP software and update internal audit spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance. Verify time and attendance, resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage all employee benefits programs, including reconciliation of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits on a monthly basis. Ensure invoices align with payroll reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, including benefits, policies, handbook, leaves of absences, and payroll.
- Provide a positive onboarding experience for new hires, from preboarding activities to orientation.
- Maintain electronic employee records and serve as HRIS administrator, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and managing user access. Process status changes, including benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist HRBP in managing leaves of absences and accommodation requests.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile quarterly reports with trend analysis.
- Support the hiring process for interns, from posting positions to partnering with local schools.
- Collaborate with HR team on company-wide initiatives, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, training, and compliance projects.
- Stay informed of legal requirements relevant to HR responsibilities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
