We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Desk to join our team and help manage the scheduling and coordination of surgeries. The Patient Coordinator is the face of the practice, a key team member that must provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well with medical staff, patients, and their families. Our new office has many growth opportunities for someone trying to get into this industry!

The employee must be a full-time employee to receive benefits. Estimated hourly pay is based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities:

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Answering calls and providing basic patient information.

Maintaining patient records confidentially and ensuring the accuracy of information.

Coordinate with the surgeon and other medical personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure that all paperwork and appointments are completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to professionally communicate with patients and co-workers.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication skills with other employees and patients
• Work experience is preferred but not necessary to join us; if you are willing to learn, we are eager to train
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Knows how to be kind and outgoing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
