Patient Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive in clinic
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with providers and attorneys to ensure smooth patient flow, Update providers and attorneys for every client services.
- Verify each client's LOP coverage and assist processing
-Provide therapy services
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical and personal injury terminology and procedures is a plus
- Spanish speaker preferred
