Dr. Christopher Godek and the Personal Enhancement Center is seeking a Dynamic, Knowledgeable, and Tested Performer for the lead inside sales position in our high-end Plastic Surgery practice.
We are one of the top Plastic Surgery practices in the country focusing on facial Plastic Surgery as well as breast and body procedures. ** REMOTE working is NOT available for this position. On-Site 5 days week **
The Sales coordinator is responsible for all New Patient Acquisition Including:
- Lead management
- Patient education
- Lead conversion into consultation
- Consultation conversion to cosmetic procedure/surgery
- High Performance Expectations: this is not a position for those who do not work well with sales goals and/or under pressure. Consistent performance is expected
Requirements include:
- Previous strong sales experience, preferably as an aesthetic Patient Coordinator in Plastic Surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or a medical spa setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
