We are an established multi-specialty practice seeking a fun, energetic, team-oriented front desk administrator to join our team. The ideal person is skilled in exceptional patient care and understands that building strong relationships with patients is key to the success of our practice. We are seeking someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills, ability to multitask and handle a variety of situations while maintaining a professional presence at all times. We are a fast paced practice!
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Greeting and checking in/out of patients
*Answering/handling all phone calls
*Maintaining up to date records for all patients - New and Existing
*Requesting Reviews and Referrals from Patients
*Daily correspondence - Mail, Email, Text, Packages.
*Monitor and maintain the schedule for smooth patient flow, including adjusting the schedule as needed while verifying patient appointments
*Keeping the schedule full on a daily basis.
* Collecting Copays and dues.
*Speaking to patients about treatment.
Qualifications:
*3 years prior dental front office experience required
*Experience with Open Dental
*Some billing experience and co-payment experience.
*Excellent customer service skills
*Professionalism in all aspects of the job
*Attention to detail, an overachiever, focused on work.
*Ability to multi-task and work in a busy practice situation
*Punctual and dependable
*Available some Saturdays

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Pay: $20.02 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
