We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support in a medical office setting. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support during their visit.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Assist with billing and payment processing including collections
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience working in a dental office, medical office, or similar healthcare setting
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
