We're looking for a collaborative and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to co-develop plans, execute and measure marketing initiatives focused on 'to-partner', 'through-partner', and 'with-partner' go-to-market motions designed to grow and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue.

You will:

  • In partnership with channel leaders, work with partners to develop, activate, and measure joint marketing initiatives
  • Work across key internal stakeholders to align on priorities, and resources and ensure effective GTM activations support our overarching goals
  • Establish close working relationships with marketing constituents at strategic partners, ensuring initiatives are aligned to GTM objectives
  • Establish key measures of success, track, and report on the performance of Partner Marketing programs
  • Contribute to quarterly marketing reviews with key partners to review results, progress, identify gaps, and maintain ongoing alignment
  • Maintain ExtraHop brand and product materials across online/ digital partner sites
  • Analyze program results to drive ongoing optimizations and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Ensure budgets are adhered to and tracked appropriately
  • Be creative, resourceful, and prioritize operational excellence

You have:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience, preferably working with or for B2B channel (e.g. vendor, reseller or distributor)
  • Understanding of direct sales organizations and partner ecosystems, and how they must work together
  • Experience developing, deploying, and measuring channel demand programs
  • Solid communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong team player mentality, great interpersonal and cross-group working skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and partners
  • Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously without skipping a beat

$96,210 - $123,150 + benefits+ options
