We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Retail Partner Program (RPP) team. If you have experience in customer care, sales, account management, and a knack for relationship building, this might be the perfect role for you. The Account Managers role will report to The Sr. Manager, Retail Operations (Retail Partner Program) and will be responsible for maintaining all current business to business (B2B) customers, as well as onboarding new B2B customers and Retail Partners that are interested in our Commercial Sales and Rad Retail Partner Program. Along with B2B responsibilities, this role is responsible for the day to day relationship management with contracted 3rd Party service vendors. This role is ideal for someone who possesses analytical skills, likes solving problems and building relationships.


The salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.


Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • Generate revenue through Commercial contacts by acquiring new leads and managing the initial sales process. Address additional product needs of existing Commercial Partners.
  • Create and track Commercial orders, including drafting new orders in Shopify, accepting payments, and overseeing logistics and shipping procedures.
  • Manage Commercial Account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong B2B relationships, and handling escalations and payment/Avantlink maintenance inquiries.
  • Oversee operations, including the review and renewal of Commercial Affiliate discount codes, and the creation and analysis of performance reports.
  • Maintain and update the Rad Retail Partner Beeline map, adding or removing partners and ensuring partner profile accuracy.
  • Evaluate Beeline RASP requests, approving or denying based on partner qualifications to support and represent Rad Power Bikes.
  • Source and add new Rad Retail Partners, focusing on premium partners within targeted geographic areas. Set up and onboard new Retail Partner Programs (RRP’s).
  • Manage Retail Partner Accounts, conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, fostering B2B relationships, handling escalations, and addressing payment/Avantlink maintenance issues.
  • Provide customer service support, assisting in resolving service and technical issues through the Partner Hub.
  • Implement Retail Partner Performance Management strategies, driving partner sales to achieve budget revenue, monitoring sales among assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication with partners, offering training and marketing support, and implementing corrective actions for underperforming partners.
  • Completes monthly auditing to ensure commission payments are accurate and sales reconcile properly
  • Visits partners and provides measurement, feedback on partnership standards, marketing materials, team member product knowledge, product displays, safety adherence, test ride bike maintenance and overall execution.
  • Is a brand ambassador for Rad, builds mutually beneficial relationships and acts in the best interest of Rad’s short and long term goals.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hubspot, B2B@radpowerbikes.com Inbox access, Avantlink, Beeline admin access, Shopify, and Tableau.
  • Able to travel up to 50%
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to foster strong B2B relationships and handle escalations effectively.
  • Results-oriented and creative problem solver mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

  • Prior experience in the booking or ebike industry or with other alternative transportation organizations.
