Cybersource is currently recruiting a collaborative, trustworthy, high-energy and driven Account Manager for the North America partner team. Responsibilities include management and expansion of a portfolio of acquirers, ISO’s, integrated service providers and a variety of technology providers who resell both Authorize.net and Cybersource.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced environment and who has a high level of attention to detail when managing strategic partnerships in the payments industry. The candidate must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of CyberSource, Authorize.Net, & Visa Merchant and Acquiring Products and Value Added Services. This candidate must be a team player and charismatic with the capability of communicating across all levels of an organization. The candidate will have extensive experience with getting to know a partners business like it were their own. Deeply integrating the partnership with an understanding of how our strategies compliment one another and drive value. The key pillars of this role are Revenue growth, Retention and Relationships. This is a revenue and quota carrying role.
Job Scope
Manage and grow a portfolio of NA partnerships within the Visa Acceptance Solutions partner channel
Secure multi-year renewals with committed spend
Exceed revenue and sales targets
Develop an account plan and growth strategy for your clients to fuel ongoing revenue attainment, expands reach and market share and creates a deeply entwined partnership
Prove the value of CyberSource and Authorize.net solutions by sharing data and insights that illustrate a positive return on investment
Serve as the client advocate while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, sales engineering and finance
With the partner, design innovative sales campaigns and customized go-to-market approach that aligns with the partner objectives
Organize and conduct sales/product trainings for your partners sales teams
Present to large groups including both internal and external
Comfortable initiating engagements and building relationships at all levels of a partner’s business
Lead and conduct Executive Business Reviews with assigned partners both virtual and in-person where appropriate
Establish core internal relationships with stakeholders across the Visa organization to further strong collaboration and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth goals

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Solid grasp of the payment and technology ecosystem
- Experience managing and expanding business in complex enterprise accounts influencing everyone from business champion to the C-level.
- Record of accomplishment in exceeding a multi-million dollar annual quota.
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and solve problems.
- Good time management with strong organizational skill.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 228,400.00 to 297,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
