Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company, Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment, Possible extension and conversion
Partner Strategy & Program Marketing ManagerResponsibilities:
- Support the Director of Innovation and Strategy in evolving and landing the all-up CE&S Strategy and supporting cross-functional team strategy development and refinement driving greater clarity and impact through its alignment into broader organization strategy.
- Build, refine, and own processes and tools that streamline collaboration and drive clarity around strategy development across teams.
- Partner closely with Data and Insight groups to provide input to data needs and model how to leverage data and insights to challenge and inform ongoing strategy development.
- Partner closely with OKR leads to understand ongoing progress and impact of strategic initiatives to inform ongoing strategy development
- Facilitate meetings and prepare content as needed targeting all seniority levels.
- Lead other special projects assigned.
Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technology industry.
- 6+ years of experience in a corporate strategy role.
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business discipline.
- Experience in tech and ability to navigate in a stakeholder environment.
- Experience in a complex multi-team and strategy fast-paced business environment.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Management, or related disciplines
- Strong executive presence, good judgment, and ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex scenarios in a cross functional environment.
- Expert-level experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Tableau, and more.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify complex information
- Clear connection to how the candidate designs and executed strategy. Often it’s one or the other, but if a candidate has a clean understanding on how to do both
- Being dynamic and flexible in a fast moving environment.
