SAP ConcurGlobal Partner Marketing Program Manager

What you’ll do

In this role, you will play a leading role in defining the Global Partner Engagement strategy, and executing activities, such as:

  • Partner Interviews – create and lead interviews with select Partners, collecting Partner feedback, and presenting the information to internal stakeholders to support the optimization of Marketing activities to continually drive for success.
  • Partner Surveys – a key creator and collaborator on the annual Partner Survey, working with a cross-functional team to build questions, execute in a timely manner, support in promoting the survey, and driving awareness. Post-survey findings will be articulated back to key stakeholders to improve the way Partner Marketing works with Partners.
  • Partner Audits – leading regular audits on our Content platform to improve content consumption and engagement, whilst running Partnership Promotion checks to ensure SAP Concur and the partnership is actively promoted through various Marketing Channels.
  • Partner Events – support the management and content creation for internal and external Partner Events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – with our Global teams, for example, Partner Marketing, Partner Success, Partner Enablement, Corporate and Field Marketing organizations, among others, to plan, deliver, and optimize scalable, program-wide initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management - Drive initial and ongoing stakeholder enablement and engagement of relevant Partner Marketing programs.
  • Campaign and Content Creation – facilitate internal stakeholder requests by updating, curating, and creating Partner Marketing content (Design skills desired, see below).
  • Partner Communications – a collaborator in curating and creating content and building out this form of engagement.
  • Partner Brand Advocacy – supporting internal stakeholders on Partner re-brands and external promotions to Partners.
  • Reporting – track the progress of programs through KPIs and metrics aligned with organizational goals.


What you bring
 

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in a Marketing role, content creator.
  • Analytical thinking, results-driven and KPI-orientated, with a "test and learn" mindset to measure and optimize program performance and return, and .
  • Hands-on experience with modern Digital Marketing tools and channels, including Content Management systems (CMS), Marketing Automation (email marketing, landing pages, lead capture), Content Portals, Virtual and Field Events, Social Media, and more.
  • Confident in using the Adobe suite.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Power user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize competing requests.

The Global Partner Marketing organization serves as a demand generation engine and a central point for creating Marketing scale in the SAP Concur Partner Ecosystem go-to-market efforts, working with Partner Programs that span a variety of categories (Sell, System Integrators, Travel Management Companies, Endorsed Apps, App Center, Solution Extension, among others).  Operating in a matrix environment, the team straddles the line between direct partner strategy/engagement and building programs, tools, and infrastructure to support the broader Marketing and Partner Success Organizations.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 68,200 - 149,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
