Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Administrator | HR Generalist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role will become full-time. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and IT recruiting, with a strong understanding of CRM systems, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZoomInfo.
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in vetting and onboarding internal Business Development Associates and support staff, as well as driving business development efforts through cold prospecting. You will train new associates n the use of ZoomInfo as well.
Responsibilities:
Vetting and Onboarding:
Conduct thorough vetting processes for potential Business Development Associates and support staff.
Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
CRM and ATS Management:
Utilize CRM and ATS platforms effectively to manage candidate and client data.
Keep records updated and organized for easy access and reporting.
LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo Expertise:
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for various recruiting projects.
Utilize advanced search techniques to source top talent and prospects.
Use of ZoomInfo to identify and connect with clients.
Business Development:
Proficiently use ZoomInfo to identify and connect with potential clients.
Engage in cold prospecting activities to identify and reach out to new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base.
Administrative Support:
Requirements:
Previous experience in healthcare and IT recruiting is essential.
Proficiency in CRM and ATS systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo for candidate and client sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
