```Duties```
Includes but not limited to:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out process, including collecting payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred but not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical record systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
