SalaryWe are looking for a looking for an energetic, organized team player to join our growing office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical administrative support role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and patient service protocols is advantageous

Paid time off and 401K after 1 year of employment
