Dental Front Desk

FULL TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST POSITION AVAILABLE:
Our office is seeking a reliable, professional receptionist with exceptional communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of Dental experience.
- Knowledge in working with Dentrix.
-Multiple languages is a plus.
- Available to start as soon as possible.

Duties Include:
- Professional demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Obtaining insurance and patient demographic information.
- Making adequate appointments to the patient needs.
- Experience working in dental setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems such as Dentrix
- Knowledge of dental records management and scheduling procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology related to dental procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
