SalarySeeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Manager with a proven track record of success to join our top rated dental team in Lower Manhattan. Our office is a modern, state-of-the-art office located in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District. We are only looking for the best highly qualified candidates that have proven (legitimate) management experience in a PPO based dental office and are extremely reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5 or more Front Desk team members
- Administrative duties
- Employee Performance management
- Team training management
- Morning huddle preparation and execution
- Customer service management
- Patient schedule optimization and management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Manager
- 3 or more years of Front Desk experience in a private dental practice
- 2 or more years of experience managing a team (minimum of 2 team members directly managing)
- In depth understanding of PPO insurance, including both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits
- Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a modern, paperless office)
- Strong leadership and motivation skills (teacher and leader)
- Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others)
- High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays 9 a.m. to 4p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
