Dental Front Desk Administrator Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
- Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling patient appointments,
- Completing and filing insurance forms, tracking unpaid claims ,contacting insurance companies.
- Perform all duties necessary to ensure that the dental practice is running smoothly.
- Entering patient information precisely and accurately
- Must be able to multitask, accept constructive criticism, be able to work in a busy environment and be extremely organized.
- Coordinate treatment and scheduling.
- Coordinate treatment and scheduling
- Preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Monthly patient billing, accounts receivables and account payables experience
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DENTAL OFFICE 2 PLUS YEARS
