SalaryWe are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting payments. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental field and be comfortable with administrative tasks such as filing and updating patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
- Enter patient information into the dental software system.
- Collect payments from patients and process payments in the system.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team.
- Assist with filing, copying, and other office tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
