Starting: $16/hr
Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in business administration or relevant field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Order Inventory: Efficiently manage and place orders for inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions accurately and securely, including invoicing and billing.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory density and organize stock to optimize warehouse space.
- Product Listing: Update and maintain product listings on our website with accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly, from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Order Returns: Manage the returns process, including inspection of returned items, restocking, and processing refunds or exchanges as necessary.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Proactively engage with customers to collect feedback on their shopping experience and our products.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our products.
