Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper

The firm has enjoyed particular success in serving a prestigious list of aerospace and marine clients in both its commercial and defense sectors and is currently developing a line of smart automation products which promise to dramatically reshape the industrial robotics and human augmentation landscape.

Responsibilities include:

· Accurately preparing and sending invoices
· Creating financial reports (A/R, A/P, P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
· Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
· Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
· Managing payroll account and bank and credit card accounts
· Overseeing yearly tax preparation and payments
· Bring books to trial balance stage
· Oversight and delegation of in-office work to administrative personnel

Key Qualifications include:

· Expertise in QuickBooks (minimum of 5 years hands-on experience)
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Substantive experience in Microsoft Excel
· Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
· BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration a plus
· Working remotely is acceptable with some in office time required

Compensation:

Commensurate with skills and experience. This is a part-time and hourly position.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
