Responsibilities:
- Manage AR/AP ensure timely customer billing and vendor payments.
- Perform technical accounting tasks, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Prepare and file payroll quarterly reports along with Department of Revenue tax returns in compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Complete bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of transactions

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software Quickbooks and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
