Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper With Appfolio

We are seeking a Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper with AppFolio. This is a hybrid position, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records using AppFolio software
• Process all A/P, A/R, Payroll, cash flow
• Financial statement preparation
• May need to answer phones, working with tenants and vendors

Qualifications

• Must have Full Charge Bookkeeper experience
• Must be proficient with AppFolio, Excel and Quickbook software
• Must be familiar with CAM reconciliations
• Must be able to read and implement lease terms
• Must be local in Western Washington State
