Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to the Broker. This role entails assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective management of the Broker's duties and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Broker by organizing, scheduling appointments, monitoring emails and any other tasks needed.
- Assist in managing the Broker's schedule and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist Broker in effective follow up of tasks via phone and email to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize excellent time management skills to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Potential for growth within the position.
