As an Administrative Assistant at Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by efficiently managing and processing legal documents. This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills. The Processing Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of legal documents to contribute to the overall efficiency of the firm.
Duties:
- Scanning, copying and collating legal documents
- Work with legal assistants to ensure document sets are complete
- Work with attorneys to obtain document certifications
- Provide back-up to File Clerk
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
