SAIC is seeking an Exercise Scenario Developer in Honolulu, HI to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO) to plan, develop, manage, and provide guidance for USARPAC and operational partner exercises, wargames, TTXs, lessons learned programs, and assessment activities and identify mission risks and their effect on the mission's success.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Draft and design capability requirements to support concepts.
- Plan and provide recommendations to incorporate capability/capacity gaps into wargaming, warfighting exercises, and training activities to assess and refine functional concepts.
- Integrate experiments across the WfFs and domains from the joint community, USARPAC Staff, and, when relevant, sub-units.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute modeling and simulations supporting concepts and experimentation efforts.
- Implement warfighting exercises, operations, and training activities.
- Plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel
- Deliver the proper exercise Integrating experiments across the WfFs and domains from the joint community,
- USARPAC Staff and, when relevant, sub-units (soundings and conditions) in the Government provided an environment to enable individual and collective training.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of current USARPAC/PAI/CAI policy and doctrine to provide the Government with necessary changes and revisions to ensure the TSPs remain currents become available.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and five (5)+ years’ of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
