ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reads and routes incoming mail; locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
- Composes and types correspondence; f iles/copies correspondence and other records and printed matter.
- Greets in office visitors and answers telephone
- Sets appointments, gives information to callers or routes calls appropriately.
- Prepares and records minutes of staff meetings.
- Prepares outgoing mail.
- Oversees projects assigned and helps coordinate meetings and other employee events.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree or equivalent, or two to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
- Exceptional oral and written skills, and attentive to detail.
- Commitment to high standards of performance.
- Self motivated and possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company, and car ry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
