One of the top producers in the financial services industry in Rochester has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.
This role has direct responsibility for the management and oversight of existing & new client accounts. Prior experience with sales, insurance, investments, marketing, or employee benefits is preferred but not required. Attention to detail is critical in this function since compliance with state and federal rules and regulations are necessary.
Daily duties and responsibilities with existing customers will include:
- maintain client relationships.
- scheduling appointments.
- development and maintenance of effective business partnerships to ensure service issues are managed effectively with all parties involved.

- cold calling to supplement other marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- minimum 4 years prior customer service work
-self motivated
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle a high volume of complex inquiries with business as well as retail clients
- effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
