Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant

We are looking for a teammate to help oversee the swimming classes at Commonpoint Queens on the pool deck. Responsibilities of a supervisor include:

- taking attendance of students on the pool deck

- placing students and instructors in appropriate classes

-answering parents questions about the programs

- Advertising the program and being able to market our services

- supervising swim instructors and lifeguard

-administrative office work including taking messages, using the salesforce system, coordinating schedules -Main Job Description

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Coaching: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
