Position: Part time Admin Assistant I

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST *Potential to go Full Time at a later date*
Pay: $20.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Manifests from the day before, Data Entry, Scan all necessary manifests, & Landfill Weight Tickets
- Keep Streamline Up to date daily & KPI Spreadsheet
- Assets Sheet – Update daily, with new landfill weights or other pertinent information.
- Invoices emailed from RTS and BTI– use these invoices and back up info to make updates in Streamline, Assets sheet and on KPI.
- End of Month financial tracking to ensure that invoicing is accurate.
- WMSS - At EOM update Streamline with (Equip, Labor Hours, Bins, etc.)
- Misc. tasks as needed
- ISO record keeping
- EH&S training tracking
- OSCA Training tracking
- KPI Tracking
- Data entry for bin tracking inventory (enter bin movements, transfer sheets, drum logs, and manifests).
- Print ALL manifests – weekly, ensure they are all signed.
- Daily filing of paperwork (timesheets, bin movements, transfer logs, manifests).
- Each month, make copies and deliver manifests to Marathon.
- File WM copies of manifests.
- Update shipment log on spreadsheet for the landfill count.
- DVIR / Vehicle Management
