SalaryResponsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Prepare and process payments through various methods, including checks, electronic transfers, and online payment portals.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
Assist in maintaining vendor files and documentation.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as accounting principles and regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Skills:
Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred, but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience (preferably 1-2 years) working in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes.
