We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who can provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling accounting operations for a large volume of residential communities. This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities- Deposit homeowner payments
- Research and resolve A/R issues
- Provide month-end reports
- Interact with customers and Board of Directors via phone
- Manage all aspects of billing homeowners
- Generate late payment letters
- Collaborate with attorneys on delinquent accounts
- Prepare estoppels in a timely manner
- Undertake special projects as needed
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software Jenark & MS Outlook
- Customer service-oriented attitude and helpful demeanor
- Experience in Property Management preferred
- Experience with Jenark software is a plus
