Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who can provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling accounting operations for a large volume of residential communities. This role is integral to our commitment to providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base.

• Deposit homeowner payments
• Research and resolve A/R issues
• Provide month-end reports
• Interact with customers and Board of Directors via phone
• Manage all aspects of billing homeowners
• Generate late payment letters
• Collaborate with attorneys on delinquent accounts
• Prepare estoppels in a timely manner
• Undertake special projects as needed

• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software Jenark & MS Outlook
• Customer service-oriented attitude and helpful demeanor
• Experience in Property Management preferred
• Experience with Jenark software is a plus
