SalaryWe are looking for a friendly and organized individual interested in joining an innovative, growing company! Florida Fine Cars is looking for the right candidate for the Accounts Payable/Warranty position for a multi-dealership organization.
The AP/ Warranty will support the accounting department while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations.
- Receive and distribute incoming Accounts Payable invoices and related documents for approval
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and timely
- Review and verify Vendor Statements as needed
- Establish new vendors in accordance with company policies
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies between repair orders and invoices
- Prepare and process weekly vendor payments
- Act as primary back-up to Accounts Receivable Specialist during absences.
- Issue warranty credits, prepare checks, and inform customers and supervisors of claim denials courteously
- Process and submit all warranties in a timely manner
- If deal is a rollback or unwind, ensure warranties are cancelled

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
