Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital is looking for OVERNIGHTExperienced Client Service Representative to join our busy specialty and emergency practice located in the suburbs of Philadelphia in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Hickory is a family owned, third generation AAHA accredited specialty hospital staffed 24/7 with emergency doctors and support staff. We also have a full time neurologist, multiple surgeons, oncologist, behaviorist, rehabilitation, general practice doctors and part time specialties including radiology, cardiology and ophthalmology.
This position is full time, ideally three 12 hours shifts, but part time may be considered. Weekend and evening hours are required, as well as some holidays. Veterinary Client Service experience is preferred, but Client Service experience not in the field may be considered.
Duties would include:
- Greeting all clients who come into the hospital in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Answering emails and obtaining past medical records.
- Becoming familiar with patient charts in both Impromed and Instinct computer systems.
- Checking patients in for appointments and invoice preparation and processing.
- Facilitating excellent communication between clients, doctors, and staff.
- Performing client call backs and client communication as needed.
- Working well in a team motivated environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned that stimulate professional growth!
