```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare professional to join our team. As a Daycare aide, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. If you have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by following established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting (not required and will train the right person).
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices (not required and will train the right person).
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies (not required and will train the right person).
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus (not required and will train the right person).
- Nannying or babysitting experience is also beneficial (not required and will train the right person.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
