Client Services Representative/Receptionist

This is a full-time, in person position, Monday-Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our front desk, greet visitors, answer phones, sort mail, coordinate meetings, and make a great first impression! Successful candidates must be professional, personable, organized, self-motivated and dependable with first class customer service skills. Must be computer literate and enjoy working in fast paced professional business environment with a diverse group of people. • Competent computer skills – you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and other basic office technology systems.
• Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to be proactive and solve problems independently.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience in multi-line telephone answering and troubleshooting office equipment a plus.
• Prior administrative or Client Services experience within a corporate organization a plus.
