CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Based in Erie, PA, Historic Square Agency is a full-service independent insurance agency, offering a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions to protect its clients. Historic Square Agency seeks a Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Reporting to the Owners, the Customer Service Representative is an integral part of the team, providing exceptional service, and carrier and product knowledge to clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides superior customer service.
• Collects necessary underwriting information to evaluate risks.
• Provides quotes and issues policies.
• Answers phone calls and emails in order to service client accounts.
• Processes and reviews endorsement changes.
• Prepares and issues certificates of insurance.
• Develops strong understanding of agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages.
• Established relationship with clients and carrier representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must either possess, or be willing to obtain, a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Demonstrated learning curve and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding organizational skills, diligence, and time management.
• Motivated, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Proficient computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
