Responsibilities
- Triage, gather and analyze client issues and determine the best way to resolve problems.
- Respond to client requests via phone and helpdesk software
- Have a deep understanding of our system's capabilities so you can combine our features in new and creative ways to create the communication experiences that our clients desire

- Technical coursework or 1+ years in a technical support environment is not a requirement but is a huge bonus

Salary
$49,770 - $57,170 per year
