What responsibilities does this role entail?
- Coordinating front desk responsibilities
- Leader in creating audacious hospitality for the office
- Create and implement systems for continuous improvement
- Managing the patient schedule, patient flow and performing check in/check out responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients
- Greets patients with a smile (whether through the phone, e-mail, or in person)
- Smoothly manages patient communication with the office (for example; balancing a patient at the desk, while taking an incoming phone call)
- Managing office e-mail correspondence with well-composed and professional responses
- Verifying insurance when needed
- Collecting patient payments
- Managing patient intake forms and referrals
- Managing patient recall lists and timely follow up on appointments
- Collaborating on and executing social media presence

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 43 per week
