Aibel Endodontics is a patient centered, quality oriented dental specialty practice in Albany, NY seeking a committed, dynamic and efficient Patient Care Coordinator. Our team is always attentive to our patients needs in order to ensure that they have an exceptional visit.
Description:
The Patient Care Coordinator greets patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, manages administrative records and financial records. Additionally, this position is responsible for the coordination for office routines and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain patient schedule.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, coordinate treatment information with referring provider.
- Greet and check in/out patients.
- Support marketing and promotional programs.
- Collect patient payment.
- General office duties.
Requirements: * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, optimistic and possess great time management skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work while preserving a positive office environment.
- Previous experience preferred.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
