Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Collect and update patient information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and transcribing medical notes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area and office
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about the practice - assist with social media posts and creating content
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist in a spa/medspa or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with aesthetics terminology is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and canva
Must be a team player and love the business of beauty and wellness. Multitasking is required.
