Position Details:

• Role:Dental Patient Coordinator
• Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (with occasional Saturdays helpful)
• Location: 59 East 54th Street, Ground Floor, New York, NY 10022

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator who embodies the following qualities:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and self-motivated.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in dental front office administration

Responsibilities: As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for patients and guests
• Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Handling financial arrangements, including payment collection and posting
• Reviewing treatment plans with patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Additional duties as assigned.
