Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Checking in and out patients and taking co-payments
- Scheduling and maintaining patient appointments
- Maintain heavy call volume
- Filling out forms
- Verifying and scanning patient insurance
- Generating referrals
- Filing and pulling charts
- Confirm patient appointments for the next day
- Queue prescriptions for Dr. approval
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- Ability to work the following schedule:
o Tues: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
o Wed: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
o Thurs: 9:00AM - 6:30PM
o Fri: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
o Sat: 8:15AM – 12:00PM
Soft Skills:
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 to $27.31 per hour.
