Orthodontic Front Desk Receptionist

Greco Orthodontics is a father-daughter orthodontic practice located in Center City Philadelphia and Ardmore, PA. We are growing and need more awesome people to join our team! We are a patient-centered, professional and modern office that is passionate about customer service while providing beautiful smiles in a high-energy, friendly and fun atmosphere. A position has opened for an enthusiastic, extroverted professional as our Patient Coordinator. This position is the "face of our practice,” our “director of first impressions.” The ideal candidate is naturally warm, friendly, upbeat, and loves to connect with the people around them.

Responsibilities

The person in this position must be motivated and able to perform the following duties:

-Greeting reception of patients in a friendly and professional manner

-Chatting with and “hosting” the families of our patients

-Scheduling appointments

-Answering phones (including managing multiple lines)

-Managing all correspondence in/out of office

-Making sure all patients are receiving email and text message appointment reminders

-Confirming appointments

-Collecting payments

-Welcoming new patients and verifying their insurance

-Light office cleaning

-Promoting office marketing

Requirements

-1+ year(s) orthodontic experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and billing procedures is beneficial

** The position is 3 days per week in our Center City Location. If 4 days per week are desired, applicant must be willing to travel to Ardmore location**

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
