This position requires 14-16 days a month, Monday through Thursday

Qualification

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly efficient, organized and attentive to detail
• Self motivated team player
• Computer proficient
• Ability to learn fast
• Orthodontic background preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Concierge to all patients and parents
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Operate Admin Systems

A competitive hourly wage will be based upon experience. Paid time off and 401K available after an initial probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
