SalaryJRS Wealth Management is a rapidly growing Wealth Management Firm. We help people save and invest for retirement and other savings goals. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to our growing team!
As an Administrative Assistant, you would help in all client service and administrative tasks as needed to run the office procedures and assist clients with their needs.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone
- Customer Service
- Setting Appointments over the phone
- Filling out forms
- Administrative tasks including data entry and tracking spreadsheets
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- College degree is preferred
- 3+ years of office/administrative experience preferred
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel & Word required
- Attention to detail is a priority
Job Type: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Can be somewhat flexible with schedule
Compensation: $18-23/hour depending on education & experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
