Cove Products is looking to hire a skilled Administrative Assistant who can help our office function more efficiently. Duties will include supporting managers and employees by organizing schedules, directing phone calls, ordering office supplies, generating reports, and other tasks that boost our team's productivity.
Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and Management. The position duties will include, answering phones, making calls, emails and creating simple reports. This position requires strong communication skills, attendance and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will work closely with Management on timely tasks that will sometimes take precedence over other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
-Answering phones and helping walk in customers.
-Order supplies.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email, in a timely and professional manner
-Shipping small parts to customers and take payments.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Must be organized and pay attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
-Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
-Have computer experience and know how to navigate Microsoft Office
-Know how to build simple Excel spreadsheets for Data control
-Work well with others
-Be on time and ready to work for every shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
