We are looking for a motivated Orthodontic receptionist/ Treatment coordinator that is a team player with excellent communication skills!
We are a growing practice and we are more than an ortho team — we are a family. We support each other to ensure that we work in a safe and fun place.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients when they walk in.
- Scheduling patients appropriately based off of a scheduling template and communicating with the doctor accordingly.
- Answering the phone and communicating with patients.
- Being able to review financials with patient’s including insurance benefits information.
- Working well with the front office team and orthodontic assistants to ensure a strong foundational support system for each other.
- Coming up with creative contest ideas and fun activities for our patients to participate in.
