We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Order Processing of customer orders. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders. This is a clerical position that requires strong computer skills since we are dealing with cruise lines customers.
```Duties:```
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collect and analyze data related to order processing and customer satisfaction
- Preform other duties as assigned by leadership.

- Maintain organized records of customer orders and related documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies
```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Gather, organize, and process driver daily paperwork.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Food industry experience/or cruise lines experience is a plus,
